Hall Effect Sensor DD-SW-120

The DD-SW-120 is a Hall-effect sensor which is temperature stable up to 1500 Celsius and stress-resistant.

It carries a voltage regulator, Hall-voltage generator, small signal amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger and a short-circuit protected open drain output that sinks up to 25 mA.

On-board regulator permits operation from 3 V to 24 V
