The Solution

After interacting with a few brands, our client explained their problems thoroughly to our team of experts. Carefully analyzing the challenges, our team realized the pain points of the client and came up with a remote SCADA application (IoT) coupled with hardware developed based on the Machine’s logic to mitigate the challenges. 

Using this set up, the client’s staff was able to collect data from anywhere and monitoring the machine performance was seamless. Using the accurate data garnered from the turbines, the staff was able to plan the preventive measures before any mishap happened. So, the process was automated, the data was captured automatically, and the performance of turbines were monitored every now and then for analyzing efficiency.
